Refund Policy

Warranty terms and conditions for a product are determined by the individual brand and are specified in the warranty card or booklet that comes with the product.

Exchange and Refund Restrictions: Once a product is sold, it cannot be exchanged for a different product or refunded unless under special conditions.

Special Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange under special conditions, the request needs to be made within 10 working days from the purchase date.

Eligibility for exchanged: For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Refunds are only offered when the bought order cannot be completed, and a replacement product is not available due to a product fault covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
